By accessing the Produx Cloud website or using any of our services and SaaS products — including Smart Cleaning (smart-cleaning.produx.cloud) — you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Produx Cloud provides IT consulting, digital transformation, outsourcing, data science, AI solutions, and cloud infrastructure services. We also develop and operate proprietary SaaS products, including Smart Cleaning — a booking, payment, and business management platform for professional cleaning companies. Smart Cleaning does not itself provide cleaning services; those are performed by independent third-party providers.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or engage our services. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information (name, email, phone, payment details) and for safeguarding your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Subscriptions to Smart Cleaning and other SaaS products are billed in advance (monthly or annual plans) to the payment method on file via Stripe. Fees may change with 45 days' email notice. You may cancel at any time from your Control Panel; access remains active until the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refunds are issued unless required by law. Unpaid balances for 180+ days may result in account termination and data deletion.
SMS opt-in is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. You may opt in during sign-up or by texting JOIN to +1-425-555-3113. We send transactional alerts only (1–5 messages per booking). Message & data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent logs (phone, opt-in text, IP, timestamp) are retained for 4 years per CTIA/TCPA requirements.
All data you upload or generate through our platforms remains yours. You grant Produx Cloud a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to deliver and improve the services. We do not sell customer data. You may request a full export at any time by emailing [email protected]; delivered in CSV within 45 days.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for our SaaS platforms. Planned maintenance is limited to ≤1 hour/month with 48 hours' notice. Daily encrypted backups are maintained with a Recovery Point Objective of 24 hours and Recovery Time Objective of 48 hours. If monthly uptime falls below 99%, you may request a pro-rated service credit.
All content on this website and within our platforms — including code, design, trademarks, and documentation — is the property of Produx Cloud or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws worldwide. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Produx Cloud's aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.), except where prohibited by law in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved by final, binding arbitration on an individual basis via the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Rules), in Los Angeles, conducted in English or Spanish at your election. Class-action waivers apply. IP infringement claims and requests for injunctive relief are excluded from arbitration.
